2001 Plantations of Southwest Georgia Plantations in Southwest Georgia have changed since Rena’s first release of the Plantation Map in 1982. Some have divided into smaller plantations while others have grown in size. The 1982 map featured 35 plantations, the 1993 map showed 45 plantations, while this edition shows 66. This third fine art rendition of the Plantations of Southwest Georgia has Rena’s breathtaking portraits of South Georgia Game Birds adorning each corner. The original Wood Duck and Mallard Profiles featured on the map are in the private collection of Former President and Mrs. Jimmy Carter.
