Detail, soft colors
are hallmarks of
artist Rena Divine

Primarily a wildlife watercolorist, Rena received her formal training at the famed Ringling School of Art. A large portion of her work has been donated to the State of Georgia and to charity. Her quail lithograph of The Governor´s Quail Family was offered by the Georgia Cancer Society.

In the early 80s, former Georgia Governor George Busbee would often present Rena’s print of Brown Thrashers to visiting dignitaries. The original piece was given to H.R.H. The Prince of Wales.

In addition, her work also appears in the private collections of former President Jimmy Carter, H.R.H. Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, the Duke and Duchess Visconti and the late Robert W. Woodruff.

Rena’s work is well-received because of her broad appeal of subjects, attention to detail and the unusual use of soft colors. Through her work with wildlife, Rena hopes to generate a better appreciation and preservation of nature for future generations.
